Birchwood Loft transforms a former industrial floor into an open, light-filled living space while preserving the raw character of its shell — exposed brick, steel beams, and concrete left largely untouched. Pale birch millwork threads through the space, softening the industrial backdrop without concealing it.
A double-height section above the kitchen allows daylight to reach deep into the plan, while a mezzanine bedroom tucked along the rear wall keeps the footprint compact without sacrificing the sense of volume that defines the rest of the loft.
